This website holds the early chapters of my culinary life; restaurants, dishes, and experiences born in the 1990s and 2000s, when hospitality was my stage and every plate, every room, and every guest played a part in the performance. Looking back, I see how freely I poured myself into the art of creating places where people could come together, dine well, and make lasting memories.

Today, most of my days belong to my first and enduring love: music. But the restaurateur in me remains part of the journey, and these pages preserve that part of my life's story.
